Exchange & Return Policy

• Customers are allowed to inspect the product upon delivery.
• Returns or exchanges are accepted within 14 days from the date of receipt.
• The item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging, with all tags intact.
• Returns or exchanges are accepted only in case of manufacturing defects or receiving an incorrect item.
• Proof of purchase is required.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our side.
• Refunds (if applicable) will be processed after the item is received and inspected.

سياسة الاستبدال والاسترجاع

• يحق للعميل معاينة المنتج عند الاستلام.
• يُسمح بالاستبدال أو الاسترجاع خلال 14 يومًا من تاريخ الاستلام.
• يشترط أن يكون المنتج بحالته الأصلية، غير مستخدم، وبالعبوة الأصلية مع وجود جميع الملصقات (Tags).
• يتم قبول الاستبدال أو الاسترجاع في حالة وجود عيب تصنيع أو في حال استلام منتج غير مطابق للطلب.
• يشترط تقديم إثبات الشراء.
• لا تُرد مصاريف الشحن إلا في حال كان الخطأ من جانبنا.
• يتم فحص المنتج قبل إتمام عملية الاستبدال أو الاسترجاع أو رد المبلغ (إن وُجد).
